NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 12, 2011, the Board of Medicine, received a petition for waiver filed on behalf of Laurence Wynn, M.D., from Rule 64B8-8.019, F.A.C., with regard to the requirement for providing a certified copy of the record in any finding of medical malpractice resulting from a civil or administrative proceeding.
