NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 10, 2011, the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD),, received a petition for Variance (Application 110110-4) from Avatar Properties, Inc., 201 Alhambra Circle, 12th Floor, Coral Gables, FL 33134, for a project known as Poinciana Parkway, Section 1, located in Polk and Osceola Counties, FL. The petition seeks relief from provisions in Rule 40E-4.321, F.A.C., pertaining to duration of permits.
