NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida has received the petition for declaratory statement from Manuel Blanco, Petitioner, In Re: The Village of Kings Creek Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2011002866. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Florida Administrative Code subsection 61B-23.0021(8) as it applies to the petitioner.
Whether the Village of Kings Creek Condominium Association, Inc. violated Florida Administrative Code subsection 61B-23.0021(8) by mailing out candidate information sheets of current board members that endorsed candidates for the 2010 election.
