The State Emergency Response Commission for Hazardous Materials (SERC) announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

PLACE: This meeting is being held as a telephone conference call/webinar which can be attended via the internet and telephone. The webinar will be conducted from Conference Room 130 D of the State Emergency Operations Center, located in the Rudd Building at 2575 Shumard Oak Boulevard.
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This meeting is being held at the request of the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC) to help guide the development of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know-Act Program.
