60BB-4.210: Maintaining Eligibility for Financial Assistance; Breaks in Employment

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 02, 2011, the Agency for Workforce Innovation, received a petition for variance from subsection 60BB-4.210(1), F.A.C., which provides requirements for maintaining school readiness eligibility and allows an individual to be unemployed for a maximum of 30 days before losing eligibility to receive services.
