GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: A private Attorney/Client session, between FSDB Board of Trustees and legal counsel pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss possible litigation expenditures and/or settlement negotiations.
