Pinkard, Esquire, on behalf of Verizon Online LLC.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.518, F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.
The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Section 489.518, F.S., seeking clarification whether call center representatives are burglar alarm system agents, and therefore, required to meet the qualifications set forth by Section 489.518, F.S.
