NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Health has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Brian Boehman, Ph.D. on February 11, 2011. The following is a summary of the agency's disposition of the petition:
The petition was granted. As a licensed school psychologist with training and experience in vocational rehabilitation, Petitioner has the ability to apply and interpret the results of personality assessments on behalf of his vocational rehabilitation clients.
