12-29.003: Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program; Applications

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 37 No. 11, March 18, 2011 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

In response to comments received by the Department from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, the first paragraph on Page 3 of Form DR-116000 (Application for Tax Credit Allocation for Contributions to Nonprofit Scholarship Funding Organizations (SFOs)) will be revised to remove the phrase “when requested.” Paragraph (2)(a) of proposed Rule 12-29.003, F.A.C. (Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program; Applications), has been changed to reflect the revision to Form DR-116000, so that when adopted, that paragraph will read:
