FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT

MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA

The Department of Environmental Protection has determined that Monroe County’s Cudjoe Regional Wastewater System proposed project for the construction of a collection, transmission and treatment system will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment. The total project cost is estimated at $150,000,000. The project is expected to qualify for a State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state matching funds.
