5F-11.002: Standards of National Fire Protection Association Adopted
The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: A public hearing will be held in regard to proposed Rule 5F-11.002, F.A.C. This rule adopts the following: NFPA 58, Liquefied Petroleum Gas Code, 2011 Edition; LP Gas Code Handbook, NFPA 58, 2011 Edition; and National Fuel Gas Code Handbook, NFPA 54, 2006 Edition. The proposed rule also corrects a scrivener's error made in reference to the title of NFPA 54, National Fuel Gas Code, 2006 Edition.
