The Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Marketing, Bureau of Agricultural Dealers Licenses announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: A public rule hearing regarding the following proposed rules: Rule 5H-1.006, F.A.C., Definitions; Rule 5H-1.007, F.A.C., Content of Dealers Records; Rule 5H-1.008, F.A.C., Guidelines for Imposing Administrative Penalties; and Rule 5H-1.009, F.A.C., Documents Incorporated By Reference. The proposed rules provide a definition of tropical foliage, define contents of records to be kept by licensed dealers in agriculture products, provide guidelines for imposing administrative penalties for violations, and incorporate documents by reference.
