NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Don White, R.A.W. Construction, filed on March 29, 2011. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.105(3), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
The petition seeks the Board’s interpretation of Section 489.105(3), Florida Statutes, and whether a general contractor is licensed to install a natural gas distribution system or natural gas pipelines in the state of Florida without having a certified gas line specialty license.
