NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS FOR PERMIT COVERAGE UNDER THE STATE’S GENERIC PERMIT FOR MS4’S
The Department announces receipt of applications for permit coverage under the Generic Permit for Discharge of Stormwater from Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems from University of South Florida and Cheval West Community Development District. The applications are being processed and are available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department of Environmental Protection in Tallahassee, Florida. Any comments related to noticed applications, or objections to the use of the Generic Permit by any of the noticed applicants must be received by the Department within 14 days from the date of this notice.
