NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 09, 2011, the Board of Psychology, received a petition for a permanent waiver filed by Karina Jeifez-Zagagi, Ph.D., from paragraph 64B19-11.001(4)(b), F.A.C., regarding the provision that the Florida Laws & Rules examination ceases to be valid after 18 months. Comments on this petition should be filed with the Board of Psychology, 4052 Bald Cypress Way, Bin #C05, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-3055, within 14 days of publication of this notice.
