PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Department is holding a workshop for the purpose of exploring options with the public for the implementation of, pursuant to Section 633.081(8), F.S., an advanced training and certification program for firesafety inspectors having fire code management responsibilities. The workshop may also include a general discussion of firesafety inspector training and certification requirements and proposed rule development in that regard.
