NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 06, 2011, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for Justine Lowu, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B17-3.001, F.A.C., with regard to her credential licensed in Florida. Petitioner is requesting a waiver for Professional Course Work PT Administration due to being unable to find an accredited university who would allow her to take this course.
