65E-12.109: Minimum Construction Standards for New CSU and SRT Facilities Initially Licensed After July 14, 1993
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 11, 2011, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subparagraph 65E-12.109(1)(b)1., Florida Administrative Code, from Miami Dade County, assigned Case No. 11-016W. Subparagraph 65E-12.12.109(1)(b)1., F.A.C., requires new facility construction and additions, refurbishing, renovations and alterations to existing facilities shall comply with the fire building codes in Chapter 69A-3, F.A.C., and in the National Fire Protection Association 101, Chapter 59A-3, F.A.C.
