NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 19, 2011, the Construction Industry Licensing Board, received a petition for a permanent waiver or variance of Rule 61G4-18.001, F.A.C., filed by Shelly A. Storves, dealing with the continuing education requirements for renewal or reactivation of licensure.
