PURPOSE:

The purpose of this notice is to modify the formerly adopted “Florida Container Nursery BMP Guide” to expand the manual’s coverage statewide. Subsequently, the Department will initiate a formal rule modification for this rule chapter in order to adopt these measures by rule.

SUBJECT:

The subjects to be addressed are the development of practices affecting water resources, the procedures for filing a Notice of Intent, and associated recordkeeping requirements necessary for landowners to receive a presumption of compliance with state water quality standards.
