Title XLVIII EARLY LEARNING-20 EDUCATION CODE Chapter 1012 PERSONNEL View Entire Chapter 1012.83 Contracts with administrative and instructional staff.— (1) Each person employed in an administrative or instructional capacity in a Florida College System institution shall be entitled to a contract as provided by rules of the State Board of Education. (2) Each contract or employment agreement, or renewal or renegotiation of an existing contract or employment agreement, containing a provision for severance pay with an officer, agent, employee, or contractor must include the provisions required in s. 215.425.
