State Uniform Transfer of Students in Middle Grades and High School

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to reflect changes from the 2013 Florida Legislative Session. Section 1003.4282(8), F.S., was created to include uniform transfer of high school credit requirements beginning with the 2012-2013 school year.

SUMMARY:

This rule establishes uniform procedures relating to the acceptance of transfer work and credit for students entering Florida’s public high schools.
