Employee Grooming, Uniform and Clothing Requirements

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to eliminate the need for health services staff to wear name plates as all required information can be put on the ID and to expand on the type of footwear these staff members are allowed to wear to reflect current industry standards.

SUMMARY:

To eliminate the needs for health services staff to wear name plates and to update the type of footwear they are allowed to wear.
