PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to update the disciplinary guidelines and mediation rules for those regulated under Chapter 468, Part VIII, Florida Statutes.

This amendment will update the disciplinary guidelines and mediation rules for those regulated under Chapter 468, Part VIII, Florida Statutes.
