Interagency Planning and Cooperation (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed repeal of rule 60A-1.026, F.A.C. (Interagency Planning and Cooperation) is to remove repetition of statutory language. Repeal of the rule does not affect the requirement to comply with statute.
