PURPOSE:

The grant rules will be repealed because the statutory authority was removed.

SUMMARY:

Pursuant to changes in Florida Statutes, the Commission no longer oversees the Marine Turtle Grants Program; therefore, we propose the repeal of the rules that apply to this program.
