RULE:

1S-2.013

Absentee Ballots to Overseas Electors (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this repeal is to remove provisions that have been superseded or are now obsolete due to statutory changes.  This rule was last amended in 1984.

SUMMARY:

A repeal is needed to remove obsolete or superseded language.
