PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule amendment is to eliminate reference to restricted hunting areas in support of other proposed changes to the regulations governing the establishment of these areas. The effect will be consistency of rules related to restricted hunting areas.

The proposed rule amendment would eliminate reference to restricted hunting areas in support of other proposed changes to the regulations governing the establishment of these areas.
