61-31.701	Minimum Standards and Practices for Mold Assessors

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rules is to implement the new regulation for Mold Related Services, enacted in Chapter 468, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The subject area to be addressed in this rule is the regulatory scope of the Mold Related Services Licensing Program.
