14-43.001

Regulation of Overhanging Encroachments

PURPOSE:

Rule 14-43.001, F.A.C., is being amended to define the term “official markers,” establish requirements for official markers and overhanging encroachments, and incorporate a new application form and updated horizontal clear zone requirements.

SUMMARY:

Official markers and overhanging encroachments are addressed.
