RULE:

60BB-8.451

VPK Class Schedules (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

The requirements of this rule are restated in Rule 60BB-8.204, Florida Administrative Code. Subsection 60BB-8.100(11), Florida Administrative Code, incorporates this rule by reference. The repeal of this rule will result in a need to change the reference to this rule to a reference to Rule 60BB-8.204, Florida Administrative Code.
