Reinstatement of Null and Void License Pursuant to Section 455.271(6)(b) of the Florida Statutes

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule promulgation in order to provide instruction for reinstatement of a null and void license pursuant to Section 455.271(6)(b), F.S., and to provide instruction for the application form.

SUMMARY:

Instruction for the application form and reinstatement of a null and void license will be provided.
