Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed amendment to Rule 12D-2.001, F.A.C., is to add a definition of “centrally assessed property” to fully implement the exemption in Section 196.183, Florida Statutes, for such property consistent with procedures for assessments of such property to be certified to the property appraiser by the Department of Revenue as required by Section 193.085, F.S.
