Moderate Sedation Requirements: Operatory, Recovery Room, Equipment, Medicinal Drugs, Emergency Protocols, Records, and Continuous Monitoring

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to delete unnecessary language and to add new language to clarify the requirements for conscious sedation.
