64B19-12.005	Biennial Active Renewal Fee

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to address reduction in the active and inactive renewal fees.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments reduce the active and inactive renewal fees from $400 to $340.
