RULE:

69K-23.003

Renewal of Direct Disposer Licenses

PURPOSE:

To establish procedures, forms, and a schedule for biennial renewal of direct disposer licenses. This is mandatory rulemaking pursuant to changes made to Section 497.603(2), F.S., by s. 27 of Chapter 2010-125, Laws of Florida. This proposed new rule was approved by the Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services on January 6, 2011.

SUMMARY:

Establishes procedures and a schedule for biennial renewal of direct disposer licenses.
