	The Tampa Bay Water Regional Water Supply Authority announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Monday, August 15, 2011, 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Tampa Bay Water’s Administrative Offices, 2575 Enterprise Road, Clearwater, Florida 33763

Subject:	Regular Board Meeting, and a private Attorney/Client briefing session between the Tampa Bay Water Board of Directors and legal counsel pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, to discuss possible litigation expenditures and/or settlement negotiations in Tampa Bay Water v. HDR Engineering, Inc., et al. Attorney/Client Briefing Attendees: Board of Directors of Tampa Bay Water, General Manager Gerald Seeber, General Counsel Richard Lotspeich, Richard Harrison, Esquire, Dave Forziano, Esquire, and a certified court reporter.
