PURPOSE:

The Department of Health, Bureau of Child Nutrition Programs, will be revising its rules and proposing new rules to assure that program requirements are set forth and to assure program participation is consistent with program goals.

SUBJECT:

The Child Care Food Program administered by the Department of Health, Bureau of Child Nutrition Programs.
