Subject:	ITN #07D11GC3 – To Become the Community-Based Managing Entity for Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in the Northeast Region – Initial Meeting of Evaluators. The purpose of this meeting is to review the guidelines for evaluation and distribute the responses received to the Department’s evaluators.
