Credit Report Use and Disclosure in Consideration of Insurance Applications (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is being repealed since it is duplicative of Rule 69O-125.004, F.A.C., which is administered by the Office of Insurance Regulation.

SUMMARY:

Rule 69B-125.004, F.A.C., is repealed.
