Random Drug Testing of Employees

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to generally modify the provisions concerning who is subject to random testing and the procedures associated with such testing.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amends the provisions regarding who is subject to drug testing and the consequences of positive drug testing results.
