Visual Aid Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendment is to incorporate by reference the revised Florida Medicaid Visual Services Coverage and Limitations Handbook, January 2006. The coverage and limitations handbook revisions include policy clarifications and updated billing information.
