PURPOSE:

This rule is being repealed.

SUMMARY:

This rule was identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary. In addition, the statutory authority for this rule has been eliminated.
