PURPOSE:

This rule is being repealed.
This rule was identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary. In addition, the statutory authority for this rule has been eliminated.
OTHER RULES INCORPORATING THIS RULE: No other rule incorporates any portion of Rule 9B-70.001, F.A.C.
