Overview

RULE:

58A-6.004	Unlicensed Centers (Repealed)
58A-6.0051	Change of Owner or Operator; Marketing (Repealed)
58A-6.014	Administrative Enforcement (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

These rules are being repealed as the specific requirements of these rules substantially restate portions of Sections 408.801-.832, Florida Statutes, and Rule Chapter 59A-35, Florida Administrative Code, and are therefore, duplicative.
