58T-1.201

Purpose of Assisted Living Facility (ALF) Core Training Provider and Curriculum Approvals (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule amendment will be to repeal rules identified during the comprehensive rule review required by Executive Order 11-01 as duplicative, unnecessarily burdensome, or no longer necessary.

SUMMARY:

This rule is being repealed as the information provided in this rule is not necessary and the remainder of the rules in the rule chapter are self-explanatory and self-executing; therefore, this rule is duplicative.
