Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, September 22, 2011, 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Lake Wales Public Library, 290 Cypress Garden Lane, Lake Wales, FL 33853

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation will conduct a public information meeting to provide details on the upcoming roadway construction project on SR 60 from 11th Street to West of Capps Road, Lake Wales, Florida. The improvements to be made as part of this project consist of intersection improvements, median modifications, minor road widening, removing old asphalt (milling) and resurfacing the roadway, drainage improvements, curb and gutter, sidewalks, signalization, signing and pavement markings. This public information meeting will be an open house format with no formal presentation. Project staff will be available to answer questions regarding access to businesses and residential entrances, lanes closures and other project related information.
