Responsible Supervision Control Over Landscape Architectural Practices in the Landscape Architect's Office (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The rule was identified in the department’s rule review for repeal in accordance with The Governor’s Executive Order.

SUMMARY:

The rule will be repealed due to the fact that it duplicates what is otherwise provided for in statute.
