64B-9.002

Physician and Physician Assistant Survey Procedures

PURPOSE:

To update the survey questions.

SUMMARY:

In order to obtain better data, the department determined that it would be beneficial to make a few changes to the survey questions that physicians must respond to at time of license renewal.
