Overview



	The Florida Public Service Commission announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, September 14, 2011, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, FL

Subject:	The purpose of the Status Conference is to discuss the status of settlement negotiations, to discuss the status of discovery, to allow for a preliminary identification of witnesses and issues, to discuss any possible stipulations, and to resolve any other procedural matters. This Status Conference is in addition to the Prehearing Conference set for October 3, 2011. Attendance is mandatory. Unless excused by the Prehearing Officer for good cause shown, each party (or designated representative) shall personally appear at the Status Conference. One or more of the Commissioners of the Florida Public Service Commission may be in attendance. Upon prior request of a party, the Prehearing Officer may permit telephonic appearance upon good cause shown. Emergency Cancellation of Customer Meeting: If a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the meeting, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties. Notice of cancellation of the meeting will also be provided on the Commission’s website: http://www.psc.state.fl.us/ under the Hot Topics link found on the home page.
